A LOLER inspection is a statutory inspection required to be completed by a “Competent person”. We have been deemed “Competent” by the Engineering Council and The Society of Operational Engineers plus the Safety Assessment Federation. The Regulations also recommend a LOLER inspection should be completed by an independent individual or company and not associated with Service or maintenance.

PSSR
A PSSR inspection is a statutory inspection required to be completed by a “Competent person”. Local Exhaust Ventilation
A LEV inspection is a statutory inspection under Regulation 9 of COSHH Regulations and is required to be completed by a “Competent person”. We have been deemed “Competent” by the Engineering Council and The Society of Operational Engineers plus the Safety Assessment Federation & BOHS. The Regulations also recommend a LEV inspection should be completed by an independent individual or company and not associated with Service or maintenance.

PUWER
A PUWER inspection is an inspection required to be completed by a person with “Adequate knowledge and training”. Thus doesn’t always need to be inspected by a company such as ourselves although it is recommended. Regulation 5 of PUWER states all Working equipment must be maintained and checked as per Manufacturers recommendations.
